• A non-profit based Distribution company dedicated to  sourcing and providing lower cost products to animal  shelters from one place.
  
  
• Only vetted registered 501(c) charities and municipal shelters will have access to the website via the provision of a dedicated  sign in.
  
  
• Advisory group will review and ensure that only registered shelters have access.
  
  
• Partner suppliers will always have full access to the website to view the pricing posted for their products.
  
  
• Partner suppliers will be provided a quarterly report of the sales of their goods, a P&L statement for the business, along with business updates.
  
  
• Partner suppliers will have full access to auditing of business records.
  
  
• Pick, Pack and Shipping costs will be reduced through partnership with contributing Pick, Pack and Ship suppliers.
  
  
• Shipping costs to the non-profit will be reduced by way of shipping agreements, a $250 minimum customer order and the bundling of outgoing shipments
